Dear Student Group,
Welcome back! Please plan on having your President/VP attend a meeting to discuss the upcoming year-- we want your suggestions and opinions on how to better the department-- and to provide the department with a recap of your accomplishments of the previous year. Please plan a giving a small presentation on how you spent funds last year, and have a budget ready to present for 2005-2006.
I'll email you with the meeting location later today.
